Equip at least 80% of participants with digital literacy and technological skills, enabling access to online employment, remote work, or digital entrepreneurship opportunities within 6 months of training completion.
Economic Independence
Increase income levels of program participants by at least 30–40% within 12 months of completing training, through employment, entrepreneurship, or digital income opportunities.
Leadership and Empowerment
Provide leadership, financial literacy, and soft skills training to 100% of participants, with at least 60% demonstrating measurable improvement in leadership and decision-making capacity through post-program assessments.
